At FirstPremises, our goal is to provide a seamless and cost-effective platform for property owners, agents, and potential tenants or buyers. Since our core services are free, we operate under a simple and transparent policy regarding refunds and returns.
Free Services
All basic property listings on FirstPremises are provided free of charge. As such, no payments are involved, and therefore no refunds are applicable for these services.
Paid Services (If Applicable)
If you choose to access any optional paid services, such as featured listings, premium account upgrades, or advertising packages, the following policies apply:
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds for paid services are considered only under the following circumstances:- A technical issue on our platform prevented the proper delivery of the service.
- An error occurred during the billing process resulting in overcharges.
- Non-Refundable Services
Payments made for already fulfilled services, such as completed advertising campaigns or expired premium listings, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. - Refund Request Process
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
- Please provide the transaction details, proof of payment, and a clear description of the issue.
- Contact our support team at support@firstpremises.com to initiate a refund request.
Return Policy
As a digital platform, we do not deal with physical goods; hence, no return policy is applicable. If you believe your service was not delivered as promised, please reach out to us for support.
Cancellation of Services
- Free listings can be removed by the user at any time via the user dashboard.
- Paid services can be canceled, but fees already incurred are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
